Dear Parents and Carers,
With very warm weather expected over the coming days, we are making some temporary adjustments to help keep students safe, comfortable and ready to learn.
For the remainder of this week, students may attend school in either:
Full FSD uniform but without a blazer or tie
OR
Full official FSD PE kit
Please note: Only official FSD PE kit may be worn. Branded sportswear, leggings, hoodies, football kits or other non-uniform items are not permitted.
We also ask that all students:
- Bring a reusable water bottle each day
- Apply sun cream before school and bring some with them to reapply if needed
- Bring a hat or cap for use at breaktime, lunchtime and on journeys to and from school.
In school, we will:
- Encourage regular hydration throughout the day
- Make use of shaded outdoor areas at break and lunchtime
- Keep classrooms as cool as possible through ventilation and air conditioning where available although the design of our current buildings make's this challenging.

Normal uniform rules will apply from Monday 29th June.
